Co-working space

We have a bright and cheery dedicated ground floor hot-desk room, 'The Hub Club', accommodating four hot desks and a meeting table in a shared office here at @ Eastburn Hexham Enterpise Hub. The Garden Annexe communal meeting space also has a touch-down area working space asd well as a meeting table and HDMI TV.

Our hot-desk/co-working space offer includes shared 500+MBPS broadband internet connection,  free wi-fi, refreshments, access to the kitchen, reception welcome, lockable storage area, additional facilities such as copying and laminating (extra charge), car parking as available, access during business hours (0830 - 1700)  - all for £15 per day (from October 2017). Flexible hot desk packages are also available on request.  

Co-working space:

• Often referred to as shared, hot-desk or flexible space
• Co-working space is office accommodation which is available to book by the hour, half day or longer - our space is available by the day. 
• It is a business space shared with other individuals where you can touch down and work in an office environment. 
• People only requiring formal office space for short periods really benefit from the availability of this type of accommodation. 
• The only financial commitment is for the period booked on each occasion which is particularly attractive in keeping business accommodation costs to a mimimum but also allowing dedicated space to carry out work. 
• This can be particularly attractive to individuals usually working from home who may on occasion need to escape to an office with all the benefits it brings.
