Shildon Business Centre is located at Dabble Duck Industrial Estate, in the heart of Shildon towards the southern part of County Durham and within easy access of the A6072 and Junction 58 of the A1(M). It consists of six modern offices ranging in size from 115 to 228 sq ft.
Shildon Business Centre is owned by Business Durham which is the economic development company for Durham County Council. As such, tenants of Shildon Business Centre have access to a range of services from Business Durham ranging from business advice and support from experienced Business Development Managers and networking opportunities and also advice re contacting council departments and doing business with the council.
